Avalon can summarize, draft, suggest follow-ups, and stage automations while leaving final sends and destructive mailbox changes under user control. It does not provide a multi-step approval queue.

Explicit writes by design

Avalon treats sending, deleting, spam actions, and broad mailbox changes as high-risk. Those actions stay behind user-controlled settings or direct confirmation, and audit records preserve what happened without storing message content.

Useful review patterns

Review-before-action helps when a user wants AI to do repetitive preparation but retain final judgment. Avalon can prepare a customer reply, schedule a follow-up, show a rule preview, or surface a risky cleanup action before the mailbox changes.

Common questions

Can Avalon send email automatically?

Only when the user has explicitly enabled the applicable automation. Otherwise Avalon prepares drafts and actions for direct user execution. There is no separate approval queue.
